The purpose of this fee is to provide financial protection to the host in case the guest causes any damages to the property during their stay and would be refunded after 24hrs if no damages are made.

Yes, you can request for a booking refund after cancelling a booking on our portal. You will need to supply your account details and authorize the refund.

AWAITING CONFIRMATION is a booking payment status that means we have recieved your payment but waiting for verification from our payment agent, without a successful confirmation your booking will be revoked. This status shouldn't exceed 24 hours, if it does please contact us on any of our support channels.

Your booking reference number is a unique identifier for your bookings and should be provided to our support team for any assistance. Its usually in the form of S033923

When all the days on a property are disabled for booking, it means it has either been taken or dropped by the house owner. We constantly review our listed properties to ensure that you don't see such properties.
